INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Kg Boneless Chicken
2 Big Tomatoes
2 Big onions
A handful Coriander leaves
2 tsp dry coriander seeds
6 cloves garlic
1 small piece ginger
2 tsp cumin powder
4 green chillies chopped
1/4 cup Oil
1 cardomom
1 small piece cinnamon
1-2 any Whole garam masala items
1/4 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp dry mango powder
HOW TO MAKE:
1) Cut onions in big chunks & chop the tomatoes.
2) In a pressure cooker add 2 cups of water.

3) Add following ingredients to the water - Cumin, crushed coriander powder, whole garam masala, crushed ginger, crushed garlic, slit green chilies, all the onions & put tomatoes, Chili powder, Turmeric powder, little garam masala,salt. Close the cooker.
4) Pressure cook for 2 whistles & allow it to cool down.Now with a spoon try to mash all this cooked gravy.
5) Transfer this gravy to a pan & add 1/4 cup of oil to this gravy. Add Green coriander leaves.
6) Add chicken, black salt, dry mango powder,little water if needed. Cover with a plate and let it cook. Once chicken is 90% done, increase the flame and reduce water. You should not see any water and it should leave oil.
7) Serve hot with paratha.

** If you do not have black salt or dry mango powder with you, you can use 1/2 tsp of chaat masala for the tangy taste.
** I like this dish to be as dry as possible. If you like some gravy, just do not dry the entire thing in step 6.
