Bengal gram Chutney



INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Bengal gram dal
1 small pod garlic
2 red chillies
1 tbsp Tamarind water
1 small piece Coconut
Salt


HOW TO MAKE:

1) Dry roast the bengal gram dal, garlic and the red chillies. Cool.






2) Mix all the ingredients together and grind them to a fine paste in the mill jar of a mixer along with little water as desired.

              DIFFICULTY LEVEL    :   EASY
              RATING  POINTS         :    8/10**


**  Do not overroast the dal and the the garlic as it changes the taste of the chutney. They need to be roasted only till light golden and then removed to cool.
