Lemon Pickle



INGREDIENTS:

Lemon - 25
Red Chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp full
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp full
Mustard seeds -  1 tsp
Salt - 3 small cups
Garlic pods - 50 gms
Green chillies - 30 (chopped)
Curry leaves - 10-12 sprigs



HOW TO MAKE:

1)  Pressure cook lime for just 1 whistle in a pressure cooker.




2) Cool and cut them into pieces of your choice. Mix the lime pieces with the rest of the ingredients.



3) Store this in an air tight container for atleast a week before you can start eating it.

**  You can also add a teaspoon of vinegar so that the lemons in the pickle can soften faster.
