Plain Vanilla Cake



INGREDIENTS:

6 eggs
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup ghee (Clarified Butter)


HOW TO MAKE:

1) Seive the flour with the baking soda. Keep aside.

2) In another bowl, beat eggs and vanilla essence till fluffy. Add sugar to the eggs and beat till sugar dissolves well. Keep aside.

3) Beat ghee and mix the flour. Add the egg-sugar mixture to it and mix well.

4) Grease a baking tray with some ghee lightly. Pour the mixture & bake at 180 degrees Celsius in a pre-heated oven. Insert a tooth pick to see if it comes out clean after 12-15 minutes.  If yes, then remove the cake from the oven and place on the cooling rack to cool.




5) Serve after cooled.

**  Measure the Ingredients accurately, beat the ghee, eggs well till fluffy for a soft cake.
