Green Gram & Vegetable Salad



INGREDIENTS:

½ cup Split Green Gram
1 tea spoon grated coconut(optional)
½ cup grated carrot

1 Chopped cucumber
1/2 Cup Corn
1/2 Onion Chopped
1/2 Tomato Chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 green chilli (optional)
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
4-5 curry leaves chopped finely
Salt to taste


HOW TO MAKE:

1)   Soak the split green gram in water for 20-25 minutes.



2)  Discard the water and add all the vegetables to it.






3)  Add salt, lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves.

4)  Mix well & Serve

**  The vegetables can be chopped in any shape you like for more creative salads.
