Nothing says winter like a cheesy bread right off the grill. Add some garlic, few chilly flakes, and some seasoning for an instant classic. You can turn to this easy menu for a week's worth of dinners fresh from the flames. Throw some of your favorite vegetables on the grill, too. Top the garlic bread with the grilled stuff .They're delicious!
You're sure to find a new favorite take on this wintertime classic. And we really needed this because last weekend we had temperatures plunging to our winter numbers and we hurried and scurried for some hot favorites to satisfy our hunger.
So wrapped in warm clothing, we sat and munched upon these cheesy garlic bread pieces while we watched the rain tumbling on our balcony. I made it on the griddle even though the grill version tastes great. This is how I made it.
INGREDIENTS:
5 cloves garlic
HOW TO MAKE:
1) Grate garlic finely and mix all the ingredients with butter except cheese and bread.
2) Apply the garlic butter on the bread slices generously.
3) Sprinkle grated cheese on each of the bread slice and grill in a hot oven/grill or on a griddle until lightly golden.
