I had never made Sausages earlier. So I thought of trying them with vegetables. I did not have a recipe for this.I combined the Cutlets and the Kebab recipe to shape the ingredients into sausages before I grilled them. The result was gratifying. Grilled Sausages perfectly browned with a hint of tartness. Tartness because I also added a liberal quantity of Fenugreek stuff.
This is how the recipe goes:
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes - 1 Big
Frozen Corn - 1/2 Cup
Fenugreek Seeds - 1 full teaspoon
Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1/2 tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - To taste
Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Corn Flour - 3 teaspoons
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1/4 Cup
HOW TO MAKE:
1) Boil, Peel and Mash the Potatoes until smooth.
2) Mix all the ingredients well and make small balls in them. Shape them in the form of sausages.
3) Grill them in an Oven basking with oil liberally till browned and done.
4) Serve them hot with Tomato Ketchup or Corinader Chutney
