INGREDIENTS:
250 gms boneless chicken,
Cheddar cheese, grated (quantity as per your choice)
8-10 slices of bread(brown or white)
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 eggs
Salt to taste.
HOW TO MAKE:
1) Boil the chicken and shred it. Drain and keep aside.
2) Meanwhile in a bowl mix all the ingredients except, bread slices, eggs and bread crumbs. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 1 hour. Refrigerate marinated chicken for better effects.
3) Dip the slices on bread in water for half a minute, squeeze to remove excess water, place chicken stuffing in this slice and cover well to form a ball with sealed sides. Prepare all the chicken balls similarly.
4) Heat oil in a wok, dip each ball in the beaten egg, roll over bread crumbs and deep fry these balls at a golden colour.
5) Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.

** You can also make the balls more crisp by using some Chick pea flour(Besan flour).
