Chicken wraps



INGREDIENTS:

5 small whole wheat flour tortillas (flat bread/Maida Chapathi)
1/4 tsp each, salt and pepper
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
500 grams boneless skinless chicken, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cabbage finely chopped
2 cups shredded Romaine or leaf lettuce
1/2 cup carrot cut in strips (optional)
1 teaspoon Oil

HOW TO MAKE:

1)  Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a flat pan. Add the Boneless chicken pieces and stir fry them on high flame till you get a roasted aroma of the chicken strips and they look slightly browned. Remove them from the pan and keep aside to cool.

2)  In a bowl, mix the browned chicken strips along with all the ingredients except the tortillas. The amount of Mayonnaise can be added as desired.

3) Take 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and place it on each tortilla. Fold the tortillas like rolls and place them on a plate.



4) Microwave for 1 minute just before serving them with Tomato Ketchup/ Chilli sauce.

**  You can also used grilled chicken strips or chicken leftovers(cooked) instead of browning the chicken.

** The wraps can also be grilled for 4-5 minutes before serving.
